Acceptance of Terms

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect, such as posting a notice on the Site. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Site.
